Blogging dengan RSS Feed Reader

Para penghuni blogosphere tentu punya blog2 favorit yang sering dikunjungi

tapi kadang2 malas rasanya membuka blog itu, udah loadingnya lama… isinya belum tentu bagus pula…

nah disinlah guna RSS feed, kalau menggunakan RSS feed reader, post baru di suatu blog akan langsung masuk ke reader lu, jadi ga usah repot2 buka blo-nya, mantap kan

Nah, gw juga baru mau make RSS reader ini nih

sekarang lagi milih2 mana RSS feed reader yang paling asik, syarat2nya pastinya

gampang dipake
tampilan menarik
client-based (aplikasi sendiri, bukan lewat browser)
dan gratis!

setelah tanya2 sama simbah gugel….

RSS Bandit is a nice and very capable feed reader that lets you browse news in an organized fashion. Its flexibility, virtual folders and synchronization abilities are great, but it would be even greater if it integrated with Bloglines and NewsGator Online, too.

Tapi menurut newsniche, RSS reader yang paling populer adalah Google Reader (feedfetcher)

gw pengen milih goggle reader, bukan semata2 karena populer, karena gw percaya sama developer2 di google yang risetnya terbukti mantap tapi ternyata google reader tuh web-based

tapi kata RSS Era, RSS Client yang paling populer itu FeedDemon…

setelah jalan2 lagi, akhirnya pilihan gw jatuh kepada….. AWASU personal edition, karena fiturnya cukup lengkap dan tampilan GUInya bagus (yes, I am a shallow man!)

ini coba2 dulu, ntar kalo ga asik ya cari yang lain…
